Overview
The Agafay is a moonscape of rolling stone hills with the snowy Atlas floating behind — and it delivers a real desert evening within sight of Marrakech. We leave the city in the late afternoon, in time for a gentle camel ride as the hills turn copper.
As night falls, a camp of lanterns comes alive: a three-course Moroccan dinner, live Gnawa music and a fire show under a dome of stars. You are back at your riad by 22:30 — the shortest desert story you will ever tell, and one of the best.
