For most shared tours, no prepayment is needed — you reserve through the website or WhatsApp and pay in cash (EUR, USD or MAD) on the day of departure. Private and luxury programs may require a small deposit by bank transfer to guarantee accommodation, which we will explain clearly before you commit.
Yes — Morocco is one of the most visited countries in Africa and tourism is a pillar of the economy. Our drivers are licensed professionals, vehicles are insured for tourist transport, and you will have a 24/7 WhatsApp line to our office throughout your trip. Normal travel precautions apply, as anywhere.
Standard camps have proper beds with thick blankets, shared western toilets and a dining tent — simple but warm and clean. Luxury camps add en-suite bathrooms with hot showers, real mattresses, electricity and heating. Both include dinner, breakfast and Berber music around the fire.

Comfortable, modest clothing works everywhere: shoulders and knees covered is appreciated in medinas and villages. For the desert bring layers — warm days, cold nights — plus a scarf, sunglasses and sunscreen. Swimwear is perfectly fine at riad pools, beaches and hammams.
Yes. All driver-guides speak English and French; many also speak Spanish, Italian or German. City tours in Fes and Marrakech use licensed local guides, and we can request specific languages when you book.
The trek is a gentle walk of about one hour, suitable for beginners and children from age 4. Anyone who prefers not to ride can reach the camp by 4x4 at no extra cost — just tell us in advance.
Plans change — cancellation is free up to 7 days before departure for standard tours. Within 7 days, only any deposit paid may be retained. Full details are on our Terms & Conditions page, and we always try to offer date changes before any cancellation.
Yes — private transfers from Marrakech, Fes, Casablanca and Agadir airports can be added to any tour, or booked alone. Your driver waits at arrivals with a name sign, flight delays monitored.
Very much so. Families are half our guests. We adjust walking pace, add child seats on request, and desert camps welcome kids warmly. For travelers with limited mobility we recommend our private tours, where every stage is adapted — contact us and we will advise honestly on what works.
