We collect the details you submit through our booking, custom tour, review and contact forms: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, travel dates, group size and any message you choose to send. We do not collect payment card details through this website.
3. How We Use It
- To answer your enquiries and prepare quotations.
- To organize your tour: bookings, pickups, accommodation and guides.
- To send booking confirmations and essential trip information.
- To publish reviews you voluntarily submit (name and country only).
4. Sharing
Your details are shared only with the drivers, guides and accommodation partners needed to operate your tour. We never sell or rent personal data to third parties.
5. Data Retention & Your Rights
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months, booking records for the period required by Moroccan law. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. Cookies on this site are limited to essential session cookies.
